Technical Support Request

You can submit a support request to the Helpdesk if you encounter an issue related to IT matters. Examples include problems with your username’s password not working, issues with email usage, or questions regarding the use of the Microsoft 365 environment.

Remember to visit the it.omnia.fi-website, where you can find instructions for the most common technical issues.

Note: Do not include sensitive information, such as a personal identity code.

We use the information you provide solely for processing the ticket. The data will be transferred to Zendek, IT ticketing system (more information in Zendesk's privacy policy (in Finnish))
